Xtern Xtern Read All About It!

The Docket team is excited to welcome four student interns to the team this summer. Despite the frustrations and challenges of a global pandemic, these four young Indiana professionals will be assisting the Docket team in product development, engineering, and marketing.

While unfortunately, many college students have lost their summer internships due to COVID-19, TechPoint has stepped up to provide Indiana students alternative, remote internship placements.

The Xtern selection process is highly competitive. Here are the steps.

You first must submit your application through the website. After submitting your application, you will receive a work assessment project. The work assessment gives you a scenario depending on the position you applied for, and you have to compose a plan and submit it so that it can be reviewed by real team leaders. The applicants with then receive a finalist day invitation if they make it to the next round. After finalist day, applicants with be offered a position if they are deemed fit for the position. The applicant has a choice to accept or decline the offer.

This program excels in many tech-related departments and the 2020 Xterns cannot wait to get to work! While you cannot meet the Xterns due to social distancing, here is a little information about each of them.
