The best OKRs are set collaboratively, but they require the context of one primary goal the organization can reach for. Start OKRs from the top, then work up from the bottom to align key results.
Gathering input from across the organization is critical in developing a plan that works well. Prioritizing projects in a vacuum can leave important perspectives out, so keep it open and make those hard decisions.
Once we have our plan, we need to act. Prioritize the work, assign the tasks and most of all, track against our goals. The outputs of this cycle are inputs to the next. Let's make our future selves proud!
